Freetail Brewing Co. in San Antonio just tapped its new Self eSteem Texas Uncommon beer. It is somewhat crisp, a little rich fruit character and a mildly assertive citrus-like hop. This smacks of session beer and cries out for a second pint, very doable at just over 5 percent alcohol by volume.
